The funnel-shaped diverter is made from tough, nonpermeable 18oz PVC/Polyester material, which is vinyl-coated for strength, durability, and a long service life, resisting punctures, UV degradation, and mildew. Each unit includes four robust rubber hanging straps that easily attach to the built-in brass grommets, allowing for a secure and stable installation directly below the leak source.
The contoured base directs all captured liquid to a central outlet connection. This connection is a standard 0.75"" GHT (Garden Hose Thread) female fitting, allowing for easy attachment of any standard 1/2"" ID drainage hose (available separately). With a high flow rate of 12.6 litres per minute (when using a 1/2"" ID hose), this system is capable of managing substantial leaks until permanent repairs can be made.
The three available sizes (30cm, 46cm, and 61cm diameter) ensure the perfect fit for the specific size and flow of the overhead leak. Furthermore, various colour options are available for different application needs: Yellow for high visibility and hazard warning; Grey to blend discreetly with most facility ceilings; and Clear for immediate visual monitoring of the liquid flow and condition of the interior.
