The COCUS Composite Cord Strapping Kit is a complete, tool-free way to secure heavy and export loads. It combines our ratchet cord tensioner with a full coil of woven polyester composite cord - the shock-absorbing 'soft steel' strap - and a box of 1000 galvanised wire buckles, so you have everything needed in one box.
Unlike PET or steel, composite cord needs no metal seals and no power tool: thread the buckle, tension by hand with the ratchet tensioner and the joint locks tight, taking up slack as the load settles. It is safe to handle with no sharp edges, and will not rust or mark your goods.
Choose the 16mm kit (700kgf) for heavy general use or the 19mm kit (850kgf) for the toughest loads.
