1. Which mesh size do I need for my racking?
If you handle smaller individual items or varied stock, the 45mm mesh is the safest bet to prevent anything from slipping through. For full, shrink-wrapped pallets where you only need to stop a major fall, the 100mm mesh offers superior strength-to-weight performance.
2. Is knotless netting better than wire mesh?
Yes, in many ways. Polypropylene netting is lighter, easier to install, and doesn't have sharp edges that can damage stock or cut workers. It also has a "memory" for its shape, meaning it can absorb an impact and return to its original tension without permanent denting.
3. What colour options are available for the custom netting?
We offer our pallet racking netting in three professional industrial colors: Black, Green, and Blue. These options are selected to provide a clean, organized finish to your facility, allowing you to choose the color that best blends with your existing racking system or fits your warehouse's aesthetic.
4. How do I measure for my custom net?
Simply measure the total height and width of the racking run you wish to cover. We recommend measuring from the outside of the uprights to ensure full coverage. Since we make these to order, we can accommodate any bay width or height.
5. How strong is the netting?
Extremely. Even our standard 45mm mesh has a breaking strain of 1.2kN per mesh, while the heavy-duty 100mm mesh reaches 3.2kN. This means the net can easily withstand the impact of falling warehouse goods, keeping your aisles safe and your stock intact.
