Some jobs on site - refuelling plant, changing oil, mixing chemicals - need a proper contained work area, not just a mat underfoot. This site mat and liner kit creates exactly that in minutes.
A rigid, reusable polyethylene base with raised perimeter walls forms the durable part of the kit, wiped clean and used again and again across many jobs. A separate flexible, impermeable liner clips into place with Velcro tabs as the sacrificial, single-use contamination barrier - swapped out after each spill event so the reusable base stays cleaner for longer. Every kit includes a hazardous-waste disposal bag and tie for getting rid of the used liner safely.
Four sizes cover everything from a small tool or parts tray through to a full plant or generator refuelling bay: 600 x 400mm suits small tools and parts, 1000 x 600mm holds a single drum and pump, and 1600 x 1200mm or 2000 x 1400mm scale up for generator servicing or larger plant maintenance.
A static ground-protection bund, not a drive-over ramp - designed for tools, containers or small plant standing within it rather than repeated vehicle passes. Ideal for construction sites and industrial yards needing to prevent ground and drain contamination during routine maintenance work.
Sizes: 600 x 400mm | 1000 x 600mm | 1600 x 1200mm | 2000 x 1400mm
Base: Rigid, reusable polyethylene tray, raised perimeter walls (~75mm), Velcro tabs to hold the liner
Liner: Flexible, impermeable, single-use, secured with Velcro tabs
Includes: Reusable base, single-use liner, hazardous-waste disposal bag, tie
Use: Temporary bunded/contained work area for refuelling, oil changes, chemical mixing or plant maintenance
1. Can this be driven over?
No - it's a static ground-protection bund for tools, containers or small plant standing within it, not a ramp for repeated vehicle passes.
2. Is the liner reusable?
No, only the base is reusable and washable. The liner is a single-use contamination barrier, disposed of via the supplied hazardous-waste bag after each use.
3. How do I store it between jobs?
The rigid base folds or stacks reasonably flat for van or site cabin storage; keep spare liners flat and dry until needed.
4. Is it chemical resistant?
The liner resists standard fuels, oils and hydraulic fluid - check compatibility first if you're working with particularly aggressive chemicals.
5. What size do I need?
600 x 400mm suits small tools or parts, 1000 x 600mm holds a drum plus pump, and 1600 x 1200mm or 2000 x 1400mm suit generator refuelling or larger plant maintenance bays.
